  • Assisting the individual with taking a bath or shower.
  • Ensuring proper water temperature and safety during the bathing process.

Dressing

  • Helping the person to get dressed and ensuring they are comfortable in their clothing.
  • Selecting appropriate attire based on the individual’s preferences and the weather.

Oral Care

  • Assisting with brushing teeth, using mouthwash, and maintaining overall oral hygiene.
  • Providing support for individuals with limited mobility or dexterity.

Grooming

  • Hair care, including brushing, combing, and styling.
  • Grooming for individuals who require assistance.

Toileting

  • Assisting with toileting needs, including using the toilet and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Changing diapers or managing incontinence, if applicable.

Skin Care

Hospital discharge and medication assistance

We understand that the period following a hospital stay can be challenging. Our carers provide support and assistance during this transition phase, helping residents adjust to their home environment and regain their independence.In addition,our caregivers ensure that residents take their medications as prescribed. We maintain accurate medication records, administer medications at the appropriate times, and provide reminders when necessary.

We understand that some individuals may require additional support during the day or night. Our day sitting service offers support and supervision during the day, including assistance with daily activities and social engagement. Our night sitting service ensures a caregiver is present throughout the night to provide companionship, assistance with personal care, medication management, and peace of mind.

We provide both double and single-handed care services to accommodate various levels of care needs. Our carers are skilled in delivering safe and effective care, whether it requires one or two carers to assist with tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.

  • A single carer to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring individuals maintain their personal hygiene.

  • With the assistance of two carers, individuals with limited mobility or those at risk of falls can be safely transferred from bed to chair, chair to toilet, or between rooms.

  • For individuals at risk of pressure sores, two caregivers can reposition and turn the individual to relieve pressure points.

Complex Personal Care

  • In cases where individuals require extensive personal care, such as those with severe physical disabilities, double-handed care can provide the necessary support for bathing, dressing, and other personal care tasks.

  • Complete light household chores such as laundry, cleaning and tidying living spaces.
  • Assist with grocery shopping and running errands to ensure a well-stocked home.
  • Engage in conversation, provide emotional support, and encourage participation in activities for social interaction and mental stimulation.

Mobility and Transfer Assistance:

  • Helping individuals with mobility, including getting in and out of bed, walking, and using assistive devices like wheelchairs or walkers.

  • Safely transferring individuals between their bed, chair, or other surfaces, reducing the risk of falls or injuries.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition

  • Planning nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
