We are a tech-led company, which means we actively develop and use digital tools to reduce stress and improve the day-to-day experience for both our clients and our staff. Beyond industry systems like Birdie, we’re also internally developing our own integrated solutions for a truly modern care system.

Our team prioritizes privacy and dignity, providing care in the least intrusive way, always considering your feelings and needs. With over 20 years of social care experience, we focus on person-centered care and a strengths-based approach. Our staff undergo DBS checks, have two positive references, and receive ongoing training. We’re flexible with our scheduling to accommodate your unique daily life challenges, respecting diverse backgrounds and cultures in line with the Equality Act 2010.
